HOW DID YOU BEGIN YOUR WORK WITH PHOTOGRAPHY
My grandfather and my dad are two of my inspirations! When I was younger I would take pictures with their film cameras. My dad taught me the basics around digital and full frame cameras when I was in high school and I started taking photos for my friends. In college, I got my first paid job and then post grad I really started to dream about doing my passion full time.
YOU MOST INSPIRED
After traveling, I love arriving in new spaces and taking pieces of my travels home to integrate into my work. When I can’t fit a trip into my schedule, I’ll take a mini day to explore my city with new eyes. I believe that travel energy can be tapped into at any time and love the way it feels to romanticize the present moment.
I'VE EVER RECEIVED
You have to ... and then really anything that follow those three words. Life is a series of choices and we all have an intuition inside that will guide us in the direction of the most growth and expansion if we get still enough to listen to it. That might include mistakes and steps backward but the lessons learned are invaluable. I try and stay away from advice that comes in the form of absolutes.
q & A
Best advice you've ever received:
An affirmation to live by:
stay a student of your craft, and of life and watch it unfold magically in front of you.
Nothing that is meant for you will require
you to betray yourself in order to receive,
maintain, or keep it. AKA you can honor your boundaries and meet your goals.
Love island, boba tea ice cream from trader joes, buying myself flowers whenever i want.
Schiaparelli, Matilda Djerf, vintage Vivienne, Yves saint laurant and neo romanticism. A big fan of the thrifted and stlyed.

EXPLORING CHARLESTON, good books, dinner parties, beach days, mountain weekends,
